José Luis Larrea obtained a BSc. at the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil, and a master’s degree in structural engineering at the Universidad de Guayaquil, both in Ecuador. He has more than twenty years of experience in the design of high-rise concrete buildings, bridges, and industrial buildings.
